I *think* I slept through the night last night.
10:30ish until 5ish. And I got up by 5:30 this morning for 20 minutes of yoga at home, and then 1000 yards in the pool. May I just say that I am *out* of swimming shape. My arms were tired after a few hundred yards. My legs were tired everytime I flipped over to the backstroke. Sheesh, people, this used to be my *best* of the three sports (relatively speaking, of course).
